We enjoyed our 2 night stay! Our room was clean and quiet. Unfortunately the roof top hot tub was under repair but otherwise it was just what we needed.

Not Impressed
Not very impressed with this hotel. No ice, hot tub was not working, remote check-in and no phone in the room to call the front desk to ask questions such as the wifi password. Had to search the internet to find the phone number to reach the front desk! No TV channels, just streaming, and the doors slammed everytime guests came and went so it was very noisy. Sorry to say but we will not be staying at this hotel again in the future.

Good start but needs more details taken care of
Obviously just renovated, the room was very good - great linens, eco friendly soaps, etc., excellent bed, etc., the mechanics were lacking. The hallway room doors are noisy when closing. Water pipe noise very loud when other occupants are using water. First floor needs additional sound insulation in ceiling as above occupants' footsteps are loud.

Simple and clean.
The rooms have been renovated and decorated in a nice and simple way. Having a door code instead of a room key makes it quite convenient. Just keep in mind that it is near the train tracks so you can hear them going by at times. I would definitely stay here again.

I loved almost everything about this place!! The room was beautiful, bed was comfy, shower had shampoo/conditioner/body wash pumps instead of travel bottles which is super nice! Very cozy!! The ONLY issue I had was there was no elevator. Other than that, spectacular in every way! Very clean, staff was super friendly!

The room was very clean and recently renovated. We did not have a full night's sleep because we were woken up at 5:30 AM by rowdy people, shouting and playing loud music for an hour. The room has no house phone to call the front desk. I guess they don't want to hear about your complaints....

Beautiful renovations to the property. I wish the hot tub was completed for our stay, the view looked great. Active improvements were still on going during our stay but was quiet and not going on in the early hours. House keeping staff was excellent, the property and rooms were very tidy and well stocked. Check in and out process was a breeze. I would recommend Northwinds to anyone travelling in the Revelstoke area and would definitely stay here again.
