I recently stayed at your property with my family and wanted to share a bit of feedback. Overall, the room was very spacious and well-suited for a family of four. We appreciated the comfortable layout and the space it provided. However, I did want to bring one concern to your attention. We contacted the front desk to request an extra pillow and a clean sheet after our daughter accidentally spilled chips on the bed. We were told someone would bring the items within a few minutes, but unfortunately, no one arrived, and our follow-up calls went unanswered even 30 minutes later. While this was a minor issue, I believe it’s worth noting as part of the overall guest experience.

I really like this hotel. We will absolutely stay here again. Very clean! Very happy with this hotel. Pool is well maintained and updated. Breakfast chairs are a bit dated/worn and there are some general aesthetic repairs that could be done with the floor and furniture in our suite but very happy overall.

The room was great and the pool was nice. The breakfast was outstanding. We will stay here again. There needs to be two staff members working at the front desk for check in as there was a ‘be back in 15 minutes’ sign when we came to check in with three guests waiting in front of us. We got the second room closest to the breakfast area and there was a huge tourist group that was eating at 6:00 am so although that did not wake my kids (thank goodness), it did wake me. I got up and used the gym and it was way above average for a hotel gym. They need to add wipes or a spray bottle and paper towel to clean equipment after each use. They also need to replace the straps for the cable machine. They’re destroyed.

It’s Revelstoke, of course the surrounding mountains are beautiful! There are lots of great restaurants. We didn’t use the pool but a lot of people were enjoying it!
