We would definitely stay there again

The room was very clean The bed was very comfortable, although a bit low though for taller people Nice large sink in the bathroom, and the shower was wonderful with the large showerhead. We stayed in a Super 8 the week before and could hardly get wet in that shower. as well as being very noisy. We will certainly use VRGE in the future.

Check-in time was enforced very strictly, but ironically, our room wasn’t even ready at the stated time. Once we got in, we were disappointed to find that the room was not properly cleaned—there was hair on the bed and in the bathroom, which made it feel unhygienic and rushed. Some staff members were friendlier than others. Probably good value for the price, but left a lot to be desired. While the rooms have been renovated, which is a nice touch, the overall cleanliness of the property was lacking. Common areas and facilities were dirty, and garbage bins hadn’t been emptied, which led to unpleasant odors around the property.

Clean, comfortable, simple accommodation. Easy self check-in, nice welcome note and thoughtful to supply earplugs (although I didn't need them). Loved that they support local by providing locally made toiletries! Didn't use the restaurant or pub. Will definitely stay here again.

We appreciated the seamless check-in process — our room no. and PIN was sent to us via email; the cleanliness of the room; and the thoughtful little things that made the stay extra special (i.e. quality toiletries from Rocky Mountain Soap, ear plugs for a more restful sleep if needed, etc.). Cocktails and appies at the Luft were great — convenient to have a bar in-house after a long day of driving.
