When I went to my room the door was wide open! So I went to the front desk and told them it was t safe for me to go in a room that wasn’t locked. They gave me another room and I went there. The door was wide open too and the bedding was dirty! Finally after three tries I got a room on the first floor that was loud, dirty and unsafe!!!!

Room 204 renovation improvements
Room 204 had been renovated. The bathroom door was rehung improperly and it took effort to close it. The bathroom needs a clothes hook on the wall and a shelf in the shower. The shower has bottles of shampoor and rinse, but no body wash. New lighting fixtures in the room look nice.

Very convenient to I70. Clean, nice employees, great breakfast. Only issue was broken bar of lights about beds that flickered all night! We arrived late and were exhausted from 12 hour trip (2 car accident and 2 downpours on way) and I fell asleep while daughter still had main lights on. When she turned off main lights I was sleeping so didn’t know of problem until awoken by cat who couldn’t sleep due to flickering around 2 am. Too late to call maintenance. When I did tell employees next day, they indicated they were aware that some Rooms’ lights were broken. Turns out there was a switch (not obvious) we could have used to turn off the lights but it also looked like the switch to the outlet panel charging our phones. Hotel should alert guests or, better yet, fix/disconnect the purely aesthetic feature. Poor sleep and stressed cat!
