It was good stay as always at this chain hotel at other places, but the only thing about this property was poor noise control , I can hear clearly what people are talking, can’t fall asleep.

The check in process was excellent. Our original room was on the second floor. My husband and I have had back, hip, and knee surgeries I the past year. The room was absolutely disgusting. The grossest room I have ever entered. Toilet didn't work. Bathtub was filthy. Hair everywhere. Bed Spread tattered. Chairs disheveled.
