It was a quick overnight stay, as I was just trying to catch up on sleep traveling across the state. However, I hadn’t stayed at a hotel for a while and I didn’t appreciate the unpleasant check in experience. He couldn’t find my reservation from this app and thought I was at the wrong hotel. After he found it, I had some legitimate questions about toiletries (because I forgot to pack some) and other inquiries. He was like “haven’t you ever stayed at a hotel before?” I found it kind of rude and not friendly, regardless of my experience I should have been received warmly. Room turned out to be good, I especially liked the indoor and outdoor access features.

I didn’t care for the bedding. The sheets could be softer and nicer blankets/bedspread. Also it was difficult to sleep through the night because the AC/heater unit and refrigerator kept coming on and both were pretty loud.

The day after I & my family kicked out of the property middle of the night and 2 hours drive to find other expensive place to sleep, I got the following mail from the expedia. I'm still sure either of them are lying to me. *** Dear Valued Partner, We apologize for the inconvenience you had while visiting the property.
