i really don’t understand how this hotel was a 5 star hotel - it looked like a 2 star hotel. It was very old, rundown, and did not have the best customer service. Their parking situation was atrocious and they wouldn’t serve dinner till 8pm and lunch till 1:30pm. it was located in a noisy neighborhood and you could hear everything outside.

Lovely location, but inconsistent service. I booked a room, and then my friends booked a room. We were put on the 1st floor, they were on the 7th. They had a balcony, we did not. We had water bottles-they did not, they were given wine and sunglasses for the eclipse, we were not. The bathrooms need attention. I get it’s near the beach, and mold is a problem-but the bathrooms should have been cleaner. The hotel was very expensive for not having breakfast included. I would not stay here again.

Great Well Run Hotel, Clean, Nice Room, Plenty of Towels and Central AC that worked very well. Even had an indoor pool. The location is only a 10 min wall to the RR Station and the Center Of Town. Great location to all the center of the city has, Restaurants, Shopping, and History

It was a wonderful place to stay with great Staff. Amazing Spa
