Dee at the front desk was great. She was the epitome of calm as she juggled taking care of a crew of electrical workers and managed to meet our access and pet needs for a room. Absolutely a wonderful employee!

Terrible service
Arrived on check in day approximately 4 hours before check in. I didn’t expect a room to be ready but I noticed only 2 other vehicles in the large parking lot. The front desk employee was extremely rude and told me under no circumstances could I check in before 3pm. I asked if I could use the pool before the 3pm check in and she told me I wasn’t allowed to use the pool either. There was no one in the pool as I viewed from the lobby. Room was fine but the employee was extremely rude.

Older property in decent shape. Room was clean and spacious. Bathroom was updated and bed/pillows were comfy. Appears to be an older part of town but was quiet and safe. Many conviences/stores/food close by. Good value for money

nicks in paint, wall plates missing from electrical outlets, towel hook missing from door, toilet malfunctioning, only 1/2 of shower head was functional. When I mentioned it to an employee at checkout she said to tell the maintenance man outside. Nah not my job to give your employee work.
