I accidentally booked last minute for the wrong day (landed after midnight) and the staff worked with me to make sure it was all ok. Lovely quick stop before getting on the road again. Nice safe stop off 81 without having to go into Roanoke proper.

It was clean and inviting I was given the room I reserved. The staff was respectful and friendly . Our only disappointment was that the pool and hot tub were undergoing maintenance and unavailable during our stay.

The room had a lot of holes in the walls, was put in a smokers room when requested a non smoking room. Toilet seat was loose and dangerous to use. Some of towels were dirty.
