Everything was great. The only problem I had was for some reason the people walk by your door they would yell at someone else instead of walking up to them and talking like normal people. I just think people need to be a little bit more considerate for other guests that are there resting, other than that the staff and place was just fine.

Room needed upgrade. Flooring was not well laid in the bathroom and sink areas. The tub needed to be replaced. The edging around the walls where they met the flooring was poorly done. The beds were adequately comfortable and clean. The table and 2 chairs looked like school furniture. There were places on the nicely installed flooring in the entry/ bed area that looked like smears of feces. It must have been carelessly applied glue. I looked disturbingly un clean.

This is the second time I've stayed here. Won't happen again. All electrical outlets were too worn out to get a plug to stay in. Switches and outlets all filthy. Wall racks falling off the wall. Smeary film on remote, all knobs, TV and mirrors. No clock. Filthy front window. Broken curtain rod. Brownish filthy tub. Broken shower curtain rod. Unrecognizable smears and residue on walls. Holes in walls. Patch jobs on the previous holes in the walls were never sanded or painted. No shelves in frig. Broken luggage rack. Stopped up sink, I pulled out half a straw. Ewww. There was a bag over the smoke detector. You could see daylight around most of the door. Their housekeeping carts were carts from Walmart and Dollar General. The toilet leaned far to the right. Weak shower because most of the shower water was coming out of the faucet. Tub fills up with water while showering. No plug for the tub or sink. Dirty control panel on AC unit. Roof of the microwave has never been cleaned. Toilet paper dispenser wasn't cleaned in a long time. Only one small trash can for the whole room. No coffee maker. No housekeeping for the entire 6 night stay. And check-in was a nightmare. I have pics of everything listed here.

Great service, excellent location, very clean and quiet. Not at all understanding some of the previous negative reviews. Bed was huge, room was spotless, 20 minutes from Blacksburg and totally quiet. This will be my go to whenever I go visit.

My stay was a mixed experience. While the price was certainly attractive compared to other options in the area, the condition of the room left something to be desired. There were noticeable cracks in the wall and the wood floor, which detracted from the overall appearance and gave the impression of neglect. Additionally, the sink drained very slowly and clogged easily, which was an inconvenience.

Cockroaches, short hairs everywhere, paper thin sheets, and stains on everything. Asked for a refund and got one. Brought up the cockroaches and dirty towels and bedding to the management and they didn’t even act surprised. They know. Dirtiest hotel we’ve ever stayed in. Do not stay here.
