The staff were friendly, and the lobby is updated, BUT overall, this is one of the dirtiest hotels I have ever stayed at. The pool wasn't working, and the whole facility is aged with little effort on upkeep.

Quiet, clean and great room amenities!
Booked my week at the Crescent because of baseball tournament. Great place to stay because it has a washing machine, dryer and full kitchen. Would recommend for sports families.

The property is an historic hotel building right on the downtown core - completely renovated, refurbished and redecorated beautifully. Very attentive and helpful staff, the rooms are modernised, updated fixtures and fittings, extremely comfortable beds...... this is a great place to stay in Trail.
