The room was clean and staff was quick and efficient

The room was super clean. The staff was so friendly and helpful as well!

Check in was quick. We were advised the breakfast room is under renovations so a breakfast would be delivered to our room. The next morning we could hear the renovations, which was quite loud even though it was in the second floor and we were on ninth floor. Not sure if I would be able to withstand the noise if we were staying another night. Breakfast was delivered, it was OK, probably not as good if you had it in the breakfast room. Room was very comfortable and a nice balcony with a nice view of one of the bridges. Bed was comfortable with nice soft sheets. Front desk staff when checking out was very helpful.

First time stay and it was carefree. With the exception of breakfast the food was good. I had the roast beef special and it was perfect medium rare. I got to try my first

My room smelt of heavy weed/cigarret smoke. Their payment machine didn’t take my card and the front seat agent kept asking if I was sure the card was good, when I used the card to purchase gas and was sure it was their machine this kept us standing for atleast 30-40mins waiting. I was supposed to stay here for my birthday for 4days, the experience wasn’t the greatest. Breakfast had only two options.generally needs upgrade and better housekeeping
