Best Western Plus Bowling Green
I was put in a room on the outside of motel. The door had crack in it and it let cold air in. Had to keep heat up to keep room warm. Very nasty facility. I would not recommend this motel ever. Expedia should comp a room for staying in that kinda of motel.

Hot tub was out of order - pool & hot tub were two of the reasons we selected the hotel so that was disappointing. Front desk staff could be replaced by a robot. Bottom of the pool has a rough surface - my kids and other kids came out with scratched up feet. Breakfast was a basic continental.
