The property was really clean, and we really enjoyed our gigantic room. We had a nice time, and it was able to comfortably fit all of us. We really enjoyed the stay, and we would come back. The only thing that did take a little while to figure out was the coffee maker, as we had to fiddle around with it, but we eventually figured it out. We enjoyed every other part of the stay, and it seemed like that it was recently renovated where we stayed, as it felt super clean and nice. Breakfast was also great, as we enjoyed a yummy and big buffet before we started our day. They have everything there. Thanks for the great stay!

Friendly helpful staff

Directions to the property were good, room was clean and well appointed. Didn’t get to enjoy the property and farm area. Breakfast was a simple continental meal with cheese, fruit, yogurt, etc. Never met the hosts, Nice stay overall.

We loved our stay at the Empress. Beautiful Hotel and the rich History is remarkable. The Staff were extremely helpful and anticipated our needs before we even knew what we needed. The ladies in the gift shop went above and beyond when I needed band aide for a few blisters. Tea was excellent. Not rushed. We felt well taken care of.

I feel the hotel was way over priced for what was there. The service in the restaurant for breakfast was not great,the waitress was more interested in her phone than us waiting to be seated. Again for the price per night yall gotta pick it up a notch or drop the price per night.
