Everything was ok, except I would recommend the hotel management reviewing how the norm is in Hotel industry to make guest feel normal on their end of their visits.

They were okay

As an American tourist I was not supposed to pay taxes bc I had already pay taxes when I bought the ticket. They forced me to pay tax again even though I show them proof I was a tourist. Non supportive rude staff at front desk. Breakfast was included and they refused to provide me with an early snack or a cup of coffee since I had to leave earlier. In the past didn’t charge me taxes and also provided me with some snack fruit to go. This was a clear bad example for expedia to endorsed. They defied me to complain to expedia.

Great location, very decent presence, nice lobby, great breakfast brunch restaurant, amazing food quality. Room 07 on third floor had a water leak through the wall that ended in the floor forming some water accumulation and wall paint peeling off. Well maintained common areas and excellent location. Restaurant staff was beyond warm and friendly in a great way. Check-in staff was cordial and helpful with early luggage storage before check in. Would stay again.
