The roo. Was clean staff was wonderful. Great location in town. Food was excellent. The front desk people were remarkable.

The property was charming, comfortable and very clean. The location was great for walking but terrible for driving. The valet service was inadequate and the directions were terrible. There were also some quirky things about our room, dark steps to the bathroom and the AC doesn’t go above 75 degrees no matter the setting you choose. Our room had a coffee station but no milk and only demitasse cups. Overall the staff was nice but inexperienced for a luxury hotel.

Beautiful hotel in an exquisite setting walking distance to the center of town. The appointments from the bed to the linens to full shower and actual functioning A/C were exceptional. The pool, large and magical. Staff kind and attentive. One of the best hotels I’ve ever stayed in and I’ve stayed in many much more expensive. A must for anyone staying in Aix looking for top shelf luxury at a very reasonable price.

Excellent service and great location

This hotel is a true gem in Avignon. I stayed for one night and wish I could have stayed longer to enjoy the property. My room was comfortable with a great AC, a little balcony, and stocked with an array of high end bath products. The central garden was a beautiful spot to rest after a day of walking around. The star of the hotel, though, is the gentleman who oversees the property. He was incredibly kind and helpful, going out of his way to give recommendations, make reservations, and ensure the guests felt well taken care of. I will return on my next visit to Avignon.

The level of service and hospitality was fantastic

Our room was over-the-top fabulous! Spacious, lovely and well laid out, with every amenity provided. The bathroom was huge, with double-sinks and plenty of counterspace and storage. The balcony was amazing - commanding a lovely view of the Mediterranean, feeling the breeze from the sea, hearing the call of the seagulls, seeing the sunset, overlooking the lovely pool area. I only wished I could stay for longer.
