The hotel was amazing, pool was clean and taken care of. The desk staff were great and the room was very clean although I did not enjoy the service at the restaurant in the hotel.

The property was clean and in a great location. I didn’t find the staff that helpful (never anyone at the concierge desk) but location location location. Great for a short visit. So many food options within walking distance.

The staff were very accommodating. There was a mix-up with my reservation through Expedia. The staff were unable to find my reservation even though I had a receipt and confirmation. They asked me to wait while they looked into it further. I was then told they would upgrade my room to a suite. The suite was wonderful, clean and very spacious. I really appreciated their prompt response and the willingness to provide me a room. I was very impressed with their courteous professionalism and great customer service. I would recommend the hotel to others travelling to Winnipeg.
