The chateau Moncton is a beautiful hotel and the location was perfect for what we wanted for our trip.

The room definitely showed its age. At over $500 a night for our stay, I expected much more. The front desk staff was unhelpful after an issue with the water vending machine. Instead of providing customer service, their response was to sell us even more expensive water. The bed was comfortable, however. there was no sheet over the mattress protector. The pillows were quite lumpy. Coffee mugs, drinking glasses, and wine glasses were provided, yet one of the wine glasses had a large chunk of something stuck to the inside of the glass, and one of the coffee mugs had a stain indicating that coffee had sat in it for a long while before it was washed. Will not be staying here again

Grande piscine et grand bain tourbillon! Chambre ultra pratique avec de vrais electro. Bien aménagé et spacieux. Très bon déjeuner. On y retournerait sans hésiter.

Very clean, friendly and helpful staff, and comfortable beds!
