Location of Hotel was perfect, local tram stop round the corner. Staff were amazing, professional and very helpful If you like continental breakfasts, there was a good selection but no hot UK style. Only improvement would be more hanging storage in the room Would recommend and return Fab City

This was a very disappointing experience. A supposedly clean towel had a large coffee stain on it, and even after more than two days, the replacement towels had similar stains. The inside of the toilet was extremely dirty and appeared not to have been properly cleaned with bleach for a long time. There were also stains on the pillowcase, which the housekeeping staff failed to replace. The bathroom layout was very poorly designed. The toilet was positioned so close to the sink that it was impossible to sit normally, and we had to sit sideways. Breakfast was also badly understaffed, with only one person handling everything. When there were many guests, the wait was extremely long. The only positive point was the convenient location near the train station. Overall, this was a very unpleasant stay.

Lovely, welcoming atmosphere on arrival. Spacious room and amenities. Amazing view. Breakfast was delicious. Convenient valet parking.

Nice clean room, air conditioning, a comfortable bed, blackout blinds. Friendly and helpful staff. Perfect location.

Excellent stay, just what we wanted and the perfect location for going everywhere.
