Without sounding like a needy traveller (trust me- I’m not) I’d rather be in a motel right now. The wifi does not work in the room and I’ve been told it works in the lobby. Would be cool if I wasn’t travelling solo with my 3 small children and had Internet on my phone (which I don’t). There’s no freezer part in the fridge which sadly is also cramping my style - as I’m on a long distance trip and have food that I need to keep frozen (elk roast ect) anyways- for such a fancy vibe here - im a little miffed/and def. more tired than usual. (As I don’t normally spend time writing reviews) anyways. I’m sure for normies the hotel is great. But for me- the no wifi in the room and no small freezer in the fridge - were 2 things I counted on- and am like like meh at the moment.

Nice and clean rooms. Fantastic 50-55" tv with streaming. Nice chair that sits between the beds for watching tv. Desk area not bad. Elongated toilet. None of those puny bowls. Shallow tub though if you want a bath. Decent get it yourself breakfast. Could have used waffles or pancakes though. Good climate control and not noisy. This room was too close to the highway for my liking so had semi trucks with the jake brake. I told the guy I was a regular traveler so surprised he put me in there. Thats why its not getting 5 stars from me. Otherwise great hotel.

I submitted excellent in all areas because it was excellent. The only issue that we found was a second comfortable chair should be in the room. The only chair in the room is a desk chair, which is very uncomfortable when you want to watch TV. I mentioned it to the checkout gentleman and he said that only one chair is provided in the Fairfield franchise across the country. He mentioned that they get that complaint a lot. I would strongly suggest you provide a second more comfortable chair so someone can relax in it while watching TV. The only other option is sitting on the end of the bed which is 3 feet from the TV and your neck is cramped looking up at the TV. Please consider making a small investment in a second more comfortable chair in all your rooms across the Fairchild franchise. Thank you.

Wifi was horrible in the evening, continually disconnected after 1 min, slow.probably want you pay for the other wifi option. Entertainment system awful, slow, wouldn’t change channels without pressing g the buttons 5-6 times, Guide wouldn’t come up unless button pressed. Breakfast was okay but potatoes were only half cooked, not brown. Same with sausages, eggs were ok
