It was such a pretty location. And there is a really neat walking trail near the parking lot. My only complaints (The pool was so beautiful, but incredibly cold, and the hot tubs were a little outdated slighty dirty and not warm at all. I do wish they swept the corridors and door ways for spiders. ) Ita a gorgeous hotel, and the grounds are beautifully done. The restaurant was quaint. A few issues i had was the room upgrade was a little downgrade for the quality. Some maintenance things, that i did report to the staff. It didnt affect how i perceived the room. The staff were kind and helpful. And i enjoyed my stay here. It was clean and great service.

Great stop!

Great place to stay, especially with kids. The pool was the highlight of the stay. The rooms are spacious and clean, though a little dated.

Great pool.

The young man who checked us in was very professional and welcomed us. The pool area is really nice with lots of lounge chairs which is so important. Unfortunately our room was not great. The air conditioner was so loud we could hardly talk to each other when it was running there was no way we could sleep with it going so the room got very hot. The bathroom and floors did not look clean but I think that’s mostly due to its age and the materials used. The hotel really needs major upgrades. Sadly I would not stay there again until changes have been made

Tired and Rundown

The website and Hotels.com in-app pictures are not accurate. This is a rundown and tired hotel. The blinds were missing panels; an electrical outlet didn’t have its cover and had live wires accessible to our child, flooring and furniture was very old and rundown, to name just a few things. Also, the “poolside” room was actually an unkempt grassy area outside our balcony, not a pool. Nice pool area, but the pool temperature is only good for someone looking for a cold plunge!

We've stayed here before and love it. The hot tub was barely warm, but the pool area is above average! A beautiful property. The rooms are a bit dated but mostly in good repair. The restaurant in the hotel is amazing!

The pool is beautiful and clean but soooooo cold!!!! The hotel is for sure older but well maintained. We were disappointed that with our 4-day stay no one came to change over the room or refresh towels or empty the garbage. What happened to a daily room change service? Lastly, two of the three mornings we there their restaurant was closed and we couldn't get breakfast. Twice I also went to the lobby and there was no water to get or even buy. Those things were a big bummer and I would probably stay somewhere else because of it.
