This hotel was dirty( floors,carpets) also this hotel advertised free breakfast but where was the breakfast it sure wasn’t in the breakfast room. This hotel smelled gross and was very noisy didn’t matter the time of day it was it was very noisy the workers were snobby and unapproachable. Wish we had chose a better hotel for our stay in salmon arm but unfortunately we didn’t. I wouldn’t recommend this hotel to anyone. Save your dollars and find a better hotel in that town/city. I rate this hotel as a 0 out of 10. 10 being excellent. Do better super 8

This was the most disgusting horrible experience of my life. We checked in at midnight with our room seemed fine initially it took us over an hour to get everything up to our room as there was no elevator or dolly. There was only one towel in the bathroom, and open soap from the previous guest. At 4am one of our 7 year old daughters began to complain that her blankets smelled like raw salmon, minutes later someone began screaming profanity’s.. this continued for another hours slamming on walls smashing this terrifying our children, we had enough after an hour and started packing up (we had a lot of luggage and our three young children so this took time) while I was trying to check out and ask for a refund a man was arrested on the floor in front of my children and I. We stayed a total of 6 hours and the man said he was not able to give us a refund and gave me the managers phone number. This phone number is out of service. I was charged $200 for a night in hell. I will be continuing to call to demand my refund and I have contacted Expedia. DO NOT GO HERE.
