hotel nuovo e fresco, buoni cosmetici, acqua, caffè station in camera, ma allo stesso tempo la procedura di check-in e check-out è lunga. Abbiamo soggiornato per una notte, l'hotel non era completamente pieno, ci è stata assegnata una camera con probabilmente la vista peggiore dalla finestra, era impossibile aprire le tende, gli ospiti dell'hotel camminavano sotto le finestre.

Wer große, weitläufige und moderne Anlagen schätzt, ist hier genau richtig! Der Service - insbesondere des Managements - ist äußerst professionell und zuvorkommend. Es könnte jedoch noch etwas an der persönlichen Note gearbeitet werden. Außerdem würde ich die Pflanzen am oberen Pool, die die Sicht auf den Gardasee leicht einschränken, entfernen. Vielen lieben Dank für den schönen Aufenthalt!
