No me gustó ni el lugar ni la playa ni las facilidades, rescato los juegos de mesa y la amabilidad del personal, pero cobran más caro de lo que ofrece la página y no dan lo que ofrecen...

En general fue buena la estancia en el hotel; sin embargo al llegar con la reservación no la ubicaban porque refieren la pagina de hoteles como expedia. Después apareció la reserva y solo la atendían en el lobby 1, sugerencia de colocar que todas las reservas de esta pagina se deben tramitar en lobby 1 porque el hotel es muy grande y debimos caminar desde el lobby 3 hasta lobby 1. Me gusto que tomaron mis solicitudes de habitaciones cercanas y en planta baja para las personas adultas de la reservación
