San Emiliano Vacation Packages

Convenient, was able to enter with virtual keys. The room smelled a bit odd to me, but my companion didn't think so. Parking is not too close.

The staff were friendly and helpful, the location was very convenient and the bed was large and comfortable. The parking was extra, but, just across the street and reasonably priced. They offer a breakfast buffet, but, it was somewhat expensive and we chose to eat at the restaurant across the street instead.

Lovely hotel on the Plaza Mayor. We had a room facing the plaza. Beautiful room, comfortable. My only complaint is that the shower is a tub shower which is dangerously slippery. We need a walk in shower. Otherwise lovely.

We would definitely stay here again. It is very convenient to all the major sites in Léon.

Great clean, well located and safe place to stay

The AC didn’t work. This made the stay a bad experience in summer ( 35C / 95F ) - the room was constantly warmer than outdoors. The only communication method with the staff was texting. The staff never responded until we followed up. Remotely they wanted us to believe the AC was fine, even though it’s not our experience. The AC problem was never fixed throughout our 3 nights stay. After 2 days the staff started to ignore us. Since we only had one more night to stay, we decided to leave it as is so their future guests can experience the room as we did - hopefully they all think it’s awesome.

Clean room and very nice staff!
