this resort is one of my best and favorite resort so far since i stayed in the philippines for 2 months. Its my first time staying but i felt like 1 night is not enough. if i just known how beautiful the place is i would have stayed longer with my family. service is excellent, people works there are so helpful. I would love to tell everyone that this place is wonderful.

The only reason why we booked this hotel was the location. At that time there was an event that there were road closure starting at 4 am going to the airport. We had an international flight in the morning so we were worried about the traffic going to the airport. The room is outdated and the carpet is so dirty. I could go pass with an outdated room but not with a good air-conditioning, it is so hard to get a rest without a working A/C . The A/C was not working properly. We called the front desk to have it checked, few minutes later some body from housekeeping came and told us to wait for a few minutes for the A/C to work. Apparently the temperature never cool down. We called the front desk again and we were told if we want a electric fan. We were shocked that an hotel like this would be using electric fan in their rooms. And the price to stay in this hotel is not that cheap. Finally they transferred us to another room although the room was still outdated and carpet was so dirty and old but at least A/C was working. I would not recommend this hotel if you have other choices.
