The hotel staff is very helpful, and the breakfast was good. While the rooms are clean, the air conditioning in some rooms worked less well than others (our family had two rooms), and there were problems with the plumbing. The shower in our room did not work well at all and water pressure was very low. The locks were hard to open on the doors and often required some struggle. The location was good near a public pebbly beach (and several lidos) and the Intercity Etna bus line to Taormina.

They were beyond gracious and the hotel is stunning. Location is wonderful. Staff was exceptional and the room they finally gave us was perfect and lovely!! Great hotel in town in Taormina. Highly recommend!

Bay Palace is situated close to the beach with easy access up to Taormina by cable car. The views from this hotel are stunning.

Very central to everything! Great location

The hotel was Traditional and wellkomming , beautiful views off the Etna Volcano and mountains. Pool was relaxing. Hotel offered a shuttle to Taormina and also there runs a bus every hour. Everybody was helpful and very nice.
