Horrible checkin / checkout... Would never stay there again...Double charged me entire stay and still fighting to get someone to refund 2nd one that is so clearly a duplicate for same stay....

Overall, the LINQ Hotel and Casino was a nice stay with some definite pros and cons. The location is excellent, with convenient access to the LINQ Promenade and plenty of entertainment nearby. The check-in and check-out process was quick and easy using the kiosks, which made everything very convenient. The pool was small, about the size of an apartment pool, but the water was warm and enjoyable. The bartenders were excellent and provided great service. However, I was disappointed that there was no Starbucks and that the hotel did not offer many food options. The LINQ has a great location, convenient kiosk check-in and check-out, a warm pool, and excellent bartenders. Unfortunately, the limited food choices and lack of Starbucks brought down the overall experience for me. It was a nice stay, but I will not be staying there again.
