Worst hotel experience ever

This hotel might be the worst hotel I ever spent time in. From the moment I checked in it was horrible. There was no air conditioning and the front desk would not provide me with a fan. The hotel is run down dirty and full of bugs. The front desk manager is a complete jerk.

Very good value for money. Greeted with cookies, coffee and tea. Had a nice pool with a fire and a hot tub. Breakfast was good for a budget hotel. Staff was friendly.

Best most hospitable stay ever! You will not regret staying here it feels like a home away from home. The fresh cookies such a perfect touch and all the attention to detail to make your stay comfortable. Next time we go to Cambridge we will stay here again.

Wow! I’ve stayed at many hotels before and I can’t believe on what a wonderful experience we had staying at the Quality in near Hearst Castle. As soon as I walked in the gentleman at the front desk (ugh! I can’t believe I forgot his name) greated me so kindly. The check in was quick and easy. They have fresh baked cookies, coffee and tea till 11pm! The pool and spa were a tiny bit outdated but they were kept nice and clean. I would recommend! Love love love.

My room didn't have a Do Not Disturb sign, so someone came into my room when I wasn't there to make the bed which I did not want. I especially did not like my pajamas being moved from my bed and placed on the night stand just to make the bed. The breakfast was absolutely delicious, but I'm pretty sure the hotel manager is a tweaker

Great stay! The service was great. The kids enjoyed the pool and hot tub and cookies and hot chocolate in the lobby. We enjoyed the hot breakfast and the front desk even gave us candy bars when we checked out!

Nice Hotel

Service was amazing. Reasonable price. We arrived late but they patiently waited for us We were greeted with chocolate chip cookies and hot cocoa in the lobby. Breakfast was great. Room was clean, but a/c was a bit small. Room was warm, had to leave the sliding door open. We got a nice breeze but you could hear everyone talking outside. We we're too tired and just tuned them out. The property was close close to the Friends of the Elephants museum and a short drive away to see the seals, the pier, and Hearst Castle. Will stay here again.
