From the moment we checked in to the moment we checked out the greetings we received from Edward were so welcoming. He always remembered our names and was there to help from breakfast to checkout. The room was very comfortable and clean but dated. We will go back!

I loved this place, plenty of restaurants walkable distance. Very friendly stuff. Only reason i didn't give a five stars on cleanliness is because on the side of my bed was some pieces that it looks like cookies or dog food. Overall i like it and i would stay here again.

Family trip to the Beach ⛱️

Great place to stay in San Simeon. Rooms are clean and comfortable. Close to the neighboring cities. Staff is very freindly!

The absolute BEST customer service you'll find!

My wife and I actually stayed 4 nights. Our initial booking was for 3 nights, but the service, comfort, and convenience was so great, that we extended an extra night rather than staying a night down in Morro Bay. We've stayed at this property multiple times over the last several years. Exceptional customer care is received each time. And while we have nothing but kind words for all of the staff, Edward stands out as one of the absolute best in the hospitality industry (we travel a lot and have many examples to compare this to). Edward goes above and beyond, makes you feel as an honored guest, and radiates positivity and a welcoming charm. My wife forgot her sweater in the room after we checked out. We received a call from Edward letting us know about it and assisting us with an easy, inexpensive return option (we live 6 hours away and were already home). And we'd like to extend an extra *THANK YOU* to the staff that assisted in returning to the sweater to the front desk! Not all lodging facilities will put in this effort (ask us how we know)! There are many great choices in San Simeon for lodging; we've always been delighted with all of the hospitality workers and locals each time we visit. But we continue to choose the Quality Inn because the rooms are clean & comfortable, free breakfast, our dog stays for free, and exemplary service from people like Edward and the rest of the crew. We look forward to staying here again in the near future!

Staff was so accommodating, helpful and friendly. My only difficulty was schlepping my luggage up the stairs, as I am a senior lady, but even then, the desk attendant came right over to help. I highly recommend the Quality Inn in San Simeon!

Staff-Edward and Maria-were wonderful to work with. Room was clean and comfortable. Edward upgraded our room to give us ocean views. He also lit the outdoor fire pit for us. Breakfast had lots of options.

Great stay with breakfast, dog friendly, clean.

Good little night stay, outside looked old but inside was remodeled and clean. The staff was friendly they had coffee, tea, cookies out. Breakfast was fantastic. Right across the street from the beach and close to Cambria, moonstone beach and the elephant seals about 10 min or so to all. Great for family's and the dog.
