Great location and excellent service
One night stay before visiting the Hearst Castle, which is only 6-7 min drive away. Edward at the reception is friendly and warm. There is a heated pool, jacuzzi and fire pit in the back of the hotel that stays open until 10pm, perfect for the cold winter night. Breakfast has good options, especially the biscuits with gravy. Overall great hospitality and service, highly recommended.

surprised...
I was greeted warmly by the front desk person and everything went smoothly. The room was clean, nothing fancy but satisfied our needs. Fridge was larger than most in hotels and there was a microwave. The next morning breakfast was great- bacon, eggs, potatoes, waffles etc..then when I checked out we got cookies and candy bars free...we will be back.

Have never felt more welcome . The owner/manager even remembered our name the next day. Food quality and flavor was the best I have ever had in a motel. Cookies were so good I kept going back for more. And they were there!
