Friendly office staff. Comfortable beds. But room needs deep cleaned, dirty walls and baseboards. Never answered phone after calling for three days straight. I wanted to confirm a couple of things and never could.

My family and I enjoyed staying at the Silver Surf. We really liked the grass area in the middle and the picnic table outside our room. The kids played ball and enjoyed the pool and spa. The room was very clean and we got clean towels daily :-] It was a nice stay.

Family Week in San Simeon

We are frequent guests of the Silver Spur and were happy to host children and grandchildren. We enjoyed sitting in the green and soaking in the spa.

Been coming here for over 15 years and was always happy here however, The place is now very run down. My motel room was not clean, the outside was invested with cigarettes butts, dental floss all over the grass, and old abandoned tires in parking areas. My overall experience felt like I was as in poverty like setting. I would recommend anyone trying to stay here to really do think twice. I would not be staying here again. In fact, the word around town is Sillver surf motel is poorly maintained.

Great Stay!!!

This was our second time staying here. Just like the first time it was an awesome experience!! Staff were super welcoming and friendly and the rooms were clean! We had rooms down the hall from the pool so it was really convenient. Definitely will be going back!

The property is an older one that has been rennovated. The room was clean, the bed was comfortable, and it is dog friendly.
