Good place for the price. Nice to have a balcony and room looked renovated. Grounds are very nice. Tried to use the hot tub (that was extremely hot) but so did everyone else at the same time so didn’t stay long. Also had trouble trying to call beforehand, no one ever answered the phone. Overall though, I would recommend it.

Lovely little property just off the coast, can watch sunset from the hot tub at the right time of year, great little diner/seafood spot next door. Just down the road from Morro Bay and the elephant seals too. Will absolutely be stopping back next time we want to take a few days of quiet to ourselves.

At first glance, this property appears to be on par with neighboring businesses in terms of quality. While there was a slight musty odor in the room and some mold discovered in the refrigerator, these issues were relatively minor. However, my overall experience was significantly impacted by an interaction during checkout. After waiting several minutes at the unattended front desk, I used the exterior doorbell to request assistance. A male staff member eventually responded but did so in a noticeably curt and dismissive manner. It appeared he was in the middle of cleaning, and while I understand that responsibilities may overlap, the lack of basic courtesy was disappointing. He walked away mid-conversation without offering any explanation or assistance. In contrast, the woman who checked us in was welcoming and professional. I would suggest that future guests might have a more positive experience if front desk duties were assigned to staff with strong interpersonal skills.

OK. Not great. Price pretty good.

The motel was mostly clean. The room was clean but overall the motel was a bit run down and in need of paint and basic updating, primarily on the outside. I would have preferred to spend a little more to find a little nice place.

High hopes oh well

Check in was 3 pm, we arrived at 2:45 to be given the brush off by the receptionist - strike 1. Day 2 of our stay, asked for additional towels - none to be had - strike 2. Poor sound proofing and inconsiderate weed smoking families with heavy feet and no consideration - strike 3.

"Cleanest motel in the world"

Bathroom was dirty. They toilet had poop stains. Room had spider webs. Hairs in the sink . Tv didnt work. And they didnt offer any upgrades. Or even an apology. If you want to stay here bring your own cleaning supplies.
