At first glance, this property appears to be on par with neighboring businesses in terms of quality. While there was a slight musty odor in the room and some mold discovered in the refrigerator, these issues were relatively minor. However, my overall experience was significantly impacted by an interaction during checkout. After waiting several minutes at the unattended front desk, I used the exterior doorbell to request assistance. A male staff member eventually responded but did so in a noticeably curt and dismissive manner. It appeared he was in the middle of cleaning, and while I understand that responsibilities may overlap, the lack of basic courtesy was disappointing. He walked away mid-conversation without offering any explanation or assistance. In contrast, the woman who checked us in was welcoming and professional. I would suggest that future guests might have a more positive experience if front desk duties were assigned to staff with strong interpersonal skills.
