The staff were the best we’ve ever encountered. Made us feel like we were staying at their home. The pools and the beach are fantastic. Never crowded. The beach and beach pool are one of the coolest beaches in Bermuda. Food was fantastic.

I have never had such a disappointing travel experience where I had to spend over $5000 for 5 days. I understand that Bermuda is an expensive place to stay but to be treated by the staff as though I was a burden was simply unacceptable. The room was clean and the view was nice but there was water damage, paint peeling, lack of pillows and bedding and no room cleaning throughout. To access the property you have to climb a very steep hill and just outside of the entrance there are garbage trucks that smell horrible. The general manager said some very odd and off putting things when we were checking in. The one helpful person was Curtis the driver, but he's only one person who could only do so much. When I asked for assistance to get somewhere I was given none. I would not recommend this property.

Stayed 3 nights with my husband for a quick getaway and I must say this was one of the nicest hotels we’ve stayed. And I’m not talking about the best quality of linens, the most beautiful rooms, the superior service…..it was friendly and warm, it was cozy yet very large, it has enormous charm and history with tasty food, clean beaches and colorful decor. This place is something you would be honored to call second home

The staff, facilities and food were fantastic. Special shoutout to Juan and Alicia. Very kind, friendly and helpful. The beach is a bit short (50 yards) so getting in your steps was a little challenging. Then again, you are on vacation. Would have liked to see nightly entertainment. Nothing crazy, just a guitar or piano player would have made the resort top notch for us.

When we arrived the room was t ready so wee were given two free cocktail vouchers and we hit them and we went to the beach/pool until the room ready. The pool was nice & the water temp was great. There were many ants all around the pool chairs ,but it was relaxing by the pool. Later in the day when our room was ready we went in & it was pretty & clean looking . We went straight to the balcony to relax & enjoy the ocean view. It was a beautiful view . Everything seemed fine until later at night when we went to make coffee we noticed a lot of black mold . I had an allergic reaction to the mold . Itchy eyes and slight cough. I contacted the diet desk & they offered to move us to another room. When we went into the other room it had even more mold than the first room & that had no other rooms available. So we had to leave at around midnight and use other accommodation’s which really was really inconvenient at the hour of the night the staff was friendly & room were decorated nicely , but I wouldn’t recommend this hotel. Lacking in upkeep of black mold . They just paint over it instead of fixing the problem.
