The quality of the beds and mattresses was consistent with a 2-star hotel.The fridge was empty; I think there should have been at least some water(We had to buy from the vending machine located at the reception, as we arrived after midnight)There was no kettle, tea, or coffee in the room.I sent a message to the hotel before the trip, but they didn't reply.During peak times, the elevators are unusable; there are three elevators for guests and three for staff, and we used them interchangeably. On one occasion, an elevator broke down, and maintenance workers had to get the guests out.

Drinking water Pool area - lots of space, not too busy in October, lifeguard, heated pool, hard to swim under the bridges if you don’t like having your face in the water, very few bugs, area is cleaned every morning Rooms - clean, lots of space, kitchen has everything you need. Minimal supply of salt and pepper, milk/seasonings (need to buy yourself) really private for sunbathing if you’re on the second floor. Be careful leaving any food out in the kitchen as it’s a hot country and small bugs could get in. Kitchen offers clean filtered water Staff - great, friendly, helpful Location - quite a walk from town centre but road has street lights apart from one small stretch (walk back is uphill), small shop on site with necessities. Gym- limited but open before and after the pool

Beautiful stay

Check-in is exceptionally late at 5 PM. Furthermore, the rooms are quite dated and were not properly cleaned.

We had one of the most amazing experience. The staff is so nice and helpful, they really go the extra mile to make your stay as comfortable and easy as possible , the room was very clean and spacious. We will definitely come back.

Restaurant closed due to refurbishment not told when booked , had to take my mother out to eat every night which was inconvenient as she’s in a wheelchair and only booked as we thought the restaurant would be open every night Very badly stained sofa in room Entertainment at night extremely poor , just 4 young people doing what loooked like they were practicing their own uncoordinated dance routines Very badly stained sofa behaved families round main pool area with extreme bad language causing people to move Sunbed’s out of their earshot , told lifeguard but nothing was done Very poor amount of cooking utensils and crockery in rooms Had to ask for mugs etc only given 1 towel per person had to keep asking for more when they were replaced This used to be a lovely place to stay but has gone down rapidly , spoke to people that still own apartments there and they all said the same thing

The hotel is spectacular from the moment you arrive. You will feel like you are privileged to be there as every small detail is taken care of between the food, the staff, and the facilities. Nothing is less than five star throughout.
