Yo can definitely find something cheaper for the same and even better services For a 5 star hotel, the check in area is too warm. Breakfast buffet is middling . U have to ask for coffee … why can’t coffee be available without asking someone to pour it for you ? And bring your own Splenda as they only have sugar as an option.

Staff was friendly. Location was convenient but this was definitely not a five-star. I stayed at five star hotels and resorts all over the world at best. Just wasn't three

The rooms at The Alpha Suites are so spacious, you literally feel expanded the moment you walk into the unit. It’s such a good size for big families plenty of room to move, breathe, and just relax together. The poolside area feels like paradise. So quiet, so clean, the kind of space that instantly puts you at ease. But what really made our stay special was the staff. Inah the manager, Hannah at the front desk, and Rigor all showed such warmth in making sure we were taken care of every step of the way. You can tell they genuinely care about the guest experience. Highly recommend The Alpha Suites for families looking for space, peace, and genuinely great service. We’ll definitely be back!

The staff are so incredible. Except for the other guests noises from hallway I would have rated it 5star. This property is located in the city where you can navigate everything you want.

The staff did check me in early; however, they were not very friendly. Quite frankly, Manila overall was not friendly, but El Nido Palawan was.

The staff were very attentive and I truly enjoyed my stay. The amenities were well looked after and it was a treat to stay at this hotel.

The cleaners were very responsive. They gave us all we requested in 2 minutes. Breakfast was good. I will recommend the property.
