All was good excellent service

All staff were very helpful, friendly, kind and polite including Thomson, the night duty dog and Panther, the day guard dog. Jaja at the front desk is excellent. The room is very spacious and has everything we need. They provide drinking water every day.

The shampoo and shower soap were almost empty and ran out h to e second day, we ask the hotel to send a car to pickup us to the airport but car never showed up. Breakfast buffet is excellent and staff friendly The only provide 2 coffee pods and they don't want to give more (not good)

Nice hotel iin central location. Rally nice breakfast!

I enjoyed the check in and check out. The reception staff were pleasant and helpful. The shower in my room was very hot as it only had paineted windows to the outside. The receptionist at the check-in for breakfast was good but she never had a welcomung smike or greeting. However the check in girl at the opposite end of the breakfast room was pleasant and spoke to me as I was seated at her end of the room. The male staff at the front door to the Hotel were very welcoming and helpful as I asked them several directions etc and they were helpful on each occassion. My overall thoughts of this Hotel were very good except the shower. A very good place to stay and close to the MOA.

Great value for the price. The three bedrooms fit my family comfortably, and the kitchen was complete. Morning trash pickup was helpful, and airport transportation was arranged for a fee. However, the lobby was hard to find, visitor parking was limited, and the floors made my feet dirty, so I had to wear slippers.

Always good even when super busy

Bed was beat up. Guard was hostile to my guest.
