The location of the property was great but the room wasn’t very clean with dust bunnies and dead bugs. The property claims to have a 24 hr bus shuttle to and from the Catania airport but it doesn’t exist. You have to call a taxi to get to the airport. This is the most beautiful hotel I have stayed at in the world. I look forward to coming back again as soon as I can. The setting is breathtaking, the renovated content is beautiful and the staff are lovely.

Everything was splendid. The only issue my husband and I had was the temperature in our room was hot. Because it’s not the summer, the A/C is controlled and couldn’t be turned on Cool. So the front desk suggested I open the balcony door and the room did get a lot cooler.

Beautiful view of Isola Bella from property. Hotel is very dated, but clean and the staff are very pleasant and helpful. Know that you are not near the center of Taormina and must take cable car to get to it.
