Staff was very tentative to any request

Close to good restaurants.

We were very pleased with the beautiful building, well appointed rooms, lovely, breakfast and attentive, kind staff. What a pleasure for our family group of 6. I would only recommend they use newer towels (our were thick but very frayed), and have 2 pods of caf coffee in the room. Did not seem to have beer or wine available at the porch restaurant, though they showcased a wine bottle display. That would have been very nice. Would definitely stay again!

Clean room the staff was helpful breakfast was good. Traveled with friends. Would stay again.

Location is awesome. Rooms only have a fan. Gets to got and it's only a stairs hotel. Parking is about one mile away from the hotel.

Todo excelente, agua caliente, camas grandes, y el cuarto que nos asignaron tenia una vista increíble a la calle y el cerro. Las empleadas muy amables siempre. Aunque me gustaría decir que me parece un poco mal llevar gente a hacer reparaciones a las 6-7 de la mañana porque el ruido pasa por las paredes muy fácilmente. Y si debo admitir que si buscan total silencio a todas horas este hotel no es la mejor opcion. Para mi es entendible por la ubicación y edad del edificio asi que no hubo problema (solo lo de la reparación quizás). Fuera de eso todo excelente y volvería a quedarme :) gracias!
