The staff was great, especially Rubin. The location, across the street from Park Mall, is great. But the plumbing needs maintenance. The hot water was not consistent, but not as important in the hot weather year round here, and my first room did not have a p-trap under the bathroom sink. The staff did there best to address my concerns. If they fix this things I'll stay here again.

I got a better swim at the pool and at the beach. breakfast was ok and staff are great except for Cecille the person who was at the front desk when we checked in at 2pm. She told me that checked-in is at 3pm but there’s a room ready for you. I just got so annoyed when she said that, and told her that "you don't have to say the 3pm time to checked-in, if the room is ready just checked us in! then she gave me a room with no AirCondition working...pure warm air coming out. Transferred me to a room with working air condition but with rug as towels. the floor mat was even whiter than the towels.

Reasonable hotel in a reasonable area. Worked OK for me but I was busy most days
