Lost a towel and they over charged for a use towel. They said normally they charge $700 pesos But they made a acception for $400 pesos That’s so redicolus when it’s a 3 star hotel!!

Staff were not helpful. The hot water was turned off. We had to ask them to turn off the hot water tank serving the two rooms we had booked. After a week of travelling we had dirty clothes needing to be laundered. The receptionist said the laundry would be ready the afternoon the day after we arrive. ...
