The accommodations were clean, the check in was smooth, and our specific room had a kitchenette with utensils and large fridge. German (Herman) and Jose were outstanding. They are quick to answer questions via WhatsApp or in the lobby. The best part of our stay is the location! A 10 minute walk to Alcazar and the Cathedral, and the “waffle” looking structure. Lots of restaurants downstairs. And Carrefour a few steps away. The suites5 was perfect for our stay in Seville!

Only there 3 nights. No Air Conditioning for 2 nights and no WiFi first 24 hours. Despite two requests no manager contacted me and all they offered was a Sherry Tasting. Not a true five star hotel.

Five stars isn’t enough for this unique hotel. What an amazing experience! Every room and hallway is an art gallery.

The rooms were clean, but they looked old. The staff was wonderful and always willing to help with anything we needed. The breakfast was okay. What I didn’t like was that they were doing pipe replacement work outside the hotel. Getting to the hotel by car was difficult, especially when trying to drop off our luggage, and there was an unpleasant smell outside. The rooftop was nice as well.
