Great friendly staff, clean rooms, new building, incredible central location across from a little park, valet amazing Neil, Matt and Rick especially were very helpful. But lacks a Safe for valuables. Saturday night had a wedding w band blazing two floors down. Breakfast basket a hit!. Balconies of 4th a floor wonderful. I rate it as a whole 4.8/5 ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️

When on vacation it sure is t fun stripping beds and wet towels in a garbage bag and lug those upstairs for the cleaning crew? So it’s not so hard for them? Nope. Elderly people? Do not stay here.

Huge rooms. Beautiful decor and furnishings. Staff is great and helpful. Great location.

This hotel was exactly what we were looking for in Asheville. The Blind Tiger is a property where you can feel as removed or involved with the other guests and staff as you desire. We had an awesome little cottage to ourselves, would visit the main house for breakfast and to chat with the staff, but overall felt pleasantly unbothered in our accommodation and were able top easily come and go and walk downtown as we pleased. This is a definite recommended stay!

⭐️ 1 Star — Serious Food Safety Concern at Edison, Omni Grove Park Inn I am extremely disappointed and concerned about what happened during our stay at the Omni Grove Park Inn on September 12, 2026. My daughter and I had dinner at Edison, Craft Ales + Kitchen at approximately 4:00 PM. My daughter was served chicken that was visibly raw/undercooked. This was not simply chicken that was slightly overcooked or undercooked—the chicken was clearly not properly cooked before it was served to my child. Approximately one hour after eating the chicken, my daughter began experiencing stomach pain and diarrhea. She continued to experience symptoms during our stay that evening, which significantly affected what was supposed to be our overnight stay at the resort. We left the following day. I want to be very clear: I am not making a medical claim that the chicken definitively caused her symptoms. What is particularly upsetting is that we trusted a well-known resort to maintain appropriate food safety standards, especially when preparing and serving food to children.

Our air conditioner went out after a few hours every day. We had to unplug and plug back in several times to get it to work. I saw we were overcharged (charged twice) for our stay. Upon check out i was going to talk to the staff about it. There was no staff on site during check out hours which was strange. We had to call a phone number posted to get the situation corrected. It was corrected quickly, but wish there was someone e face to face (more personable). The property itself was clean and it was a place to lay your head for the night. No amenities for this place. It is, however, walkable to downtown area.
