Beautiful place, the pool could use a bit of an upkeep / refresh but otherwise, perfect and enjoyable. Grounds are very well kept and peaceful to walk through. Restaurant was great and convenient. Wifi doesn’t work in the rooms - not an overly big deal but if you’re planning to use it, important not to rely on it. Would stay again.

Sensational contemporary hotel in the heart of Bari

We loved everything about this property. The grounds are beautiful from the lavender lined side walls to the acres of olive trees. The staff could not be more accommodating from when we pulled into the parking lot and Joseppe came running out to help with bags to every other server going out of their way to make our stay special. We love a smaller hotel and appreciate the attention to every detail. The room was perfect, bed was comfortable and shower was also great. At night we sat on our patio under the olive trees and drank wine, so special. The restaurant was also very good. We enjoyed the complimentary breakfast and our waitor(can’t remember his name, great smile though) was great. We loved our stay!!!

The whole experience was perfect. The location is in the Sassi area and the accommodations were very well appointed with elegant modern design juxtaposed with the ancient architecture of the building. The staff were charming, knowledgeable of the area amenities. We will be back to stay longer.

Our room (cave) was a short walk up from reception. It was a spacious "suite" with a very well appointed bath with the added feature of a wine cellar perhaps twenty steps below the main room. Breakfast is stocked in the room each day and restocked with whatever you use. The innkeeper (Luigi) was helpful in negotiating special events going on in Matera when we were there.
