The only issues were a sink that was very slow to drain and the dual showerhead did not work. Would absolutely stay again. Very pleased overall.

Clean room and good parking

If your looking to spend time in the room or dinning at the Nicollet Island Inn. I dont think you will be disappointed. Everything is close to the hotel. A quick Uber ride and your in down town Mpls or St.Paul. I have stayed here a few times. The thing I have liked is a simple thing. You get a real door key. Funny yes but not something one gets anymore.

The location of the hotel was extremely convenient to all the major event venues we had plans to visit. The staff was extremely knowledgeable and helpful with any questions we had. The hotel itself and the amenities were stellar! We will definitely consider staying here again if we get a chance to come back to MSP!!

Check-in was our first glimpse of this hotel's service and it was terrible. We waited in line more than 30 minutes to check-in, and that was in the "express lane." There was no sense of urgency whatsoever. We stayed here for a concert event, so the room prices were substantially elevated due to the event. The room was nice, but definitely not worth the ridiculously inflated price. We ate at one of the restaurants and the service was equally poor, although once we finally got all our food it was good. We were a group of six and they automatically added a 20% gratuity without mentioning that. The tip should have been zero. Finally, we shuttled to the off-site concert. There was very little signage/direction to find the buses but once on the bus it was a comfortable 15 minute ride to the concert. The same was not true when returning. We waited an hour in line to get on a return shuttle. We rode back on an old school bus with no AC and it was hot and muggy that night. All around, we will never stay at this hotel or attend any event here again. It was a horrible experience!

Staff are very courteous and helpful. Unfortunately the pool , bowling etc close at 10pm . The pool was temporarily out of order . Also no hot tub on the kids side , only on the adult only side . House cleaning knocking on doors before check out time .
