Excellent for a brief stay, we needed 1 night in Madrid and this was perfect, VERY central and nice and clean and quiet. The lady that showed us round was absolutely lovely and couldn't have been more helpful.

We stayed for 4 nights during the hottest week of June, and unfortunately, we had no AC for the first two nights. The staff tried to make things right by offering us complimentary breakfast, which was a nice gesture, but the room was incredibly uncomfortable. By the third night, the AC was just okay, and it finally worked properly on our fourth night. To top it off, as I was checking out on our last day, they closed off part of the lobby for maintenance. It really felt like the hotel wasn't fully ready for the summer season. On the positive side, Great staff :: the location is great, the pool and outdoor areas are beautiful, and there is a nice indoor seating area. The à la carte menu is just okay.

One of the best hotel stays we've ever experienced! Staff the best, Location could not be better. From the moment we arrived, everything was absolutely perfect. The staff went above and beyond to make us feel welcome, the accommodations were elegant, spotless, and incredibly comfortable, and every detail reflected exceptional care and quality. The service was truly outstanding, and the atmosphere made it easy to relax and enjoy every moment. This hotel exceeded all of our expectations. Will come back

Muy bien ubicado muy limpio y moderno

I forgot my neck travel pillow after I checked out of my room. When I remembered that I left it, I told the front desk about my situation. They attempted to go back to my room to see if I left it. I was told nothing was there and they would check in the lost and found and ask housekeeping. The front desk said nothing was there, and as well as housekeeping said they didn’t find anything. Which I know I left in the room. I had no use of my neck pillow while on vacation and I also left a traveling blanket in the room on purpose because it didn’t fit in my suitcase. I was also told that nothing was there. I know housekeeping took my pillow and blanket. Not helpful at all.

Well located, close to subway station and city center. A very well maintained hotel.
