Nice clean little hotel. Pub and restaurant with great views right next door. The food boy thing that would have made it better is if they fixed the noisy window fan. I was in the same room just over a year ago and the fan was very noisy then as well. You cannot have the fan on and watch TV at a reasonable sound level.

We really like the Spot, however this stay was not as pleasant as our last stay 1 year ago, due to the lack of sleep we endured because of the constant noice we heard above us from 8 pm to 3am in the morning.. constant walking and noice like things been dropped on the floor. Also the chairs they had out back to sit and watch the Bay Area were gone. We did borrow chairs from our friends so we could sit out in the evenings and early morning.. it was so neat to watch the tide ebb and flow. Other than this we really enjoyed the Spot. It is close to a nice restaurant as well that has outside seating overlooking the harbour. Food is very good 😊

The staff was very friendly and knowledgeable. The room was very clean and newly renovated. Nice sitting area to look out into the bay. The location is quiet and walkable to go into the town. I would stay here again

Property has obviously been remodeled and the job was well done. Lots of items deserve mention, too many to list, from well placed quality lighting to multiple modern electric outlets. Bed is superb, with really nice linen and fluffy pillows. Decent fridge. Keurig single cup coffee maker. Nicely placed clothing rack.
