I thoroughly enjoyed my stay at the Mälardrottningen Hotel and would gladly stay there again on a future visit to Stockholm. The hotel's location is excellent, just a short walk from Gamla Stan (Stockholm's Old Town), making it easy to explore one of the city's most historic and beautiful areas. While it is about a 15-minute walk from Stockholm Central Station, I found the waterfront setting to be well worth the extra distance. My room was on the smaller side, similar in size to my hotel in Tallinn, but it was spotless and serviced daily by housekeeping. The bathroom was modern and well-maintained, and the view overlooking the water was a wonderful bonus. The breakfast was the best of any hotel I stayed at during my trip, offering an excellent selection and a great way to start each day. I also appreciated the 24-hour front desk and luggage storage, which made arrival and departure much more convenient than hotels without those amenities. Overall, the Mälardrottningen Hotel offered an excellent combination of comfort, service, location, and atmosphere. While the rooms are compact, the beautiful waterfront setting, outstanding breakfast, and attentive staff made it one of the highlights of my stay in Stockholm. I would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a unique and memorable place to stay.

Very small room but very nicely though out and very comfortable- short stay here but wonderful boutique hotel.

Wonderful stay! Highly recommend

Interesting concept to have a hotel in the basement. No windows took some getting used to but it was nice and quiet for sleeping. The staff were very nice and helpful. Breakfast was good for those who liked the options provided but not great for picky eaters as it was all ready made.
