Great staff! There were gluten-free options for breakfast.

room we extremely small and cramped the bathroom was a move out of the way to close the door. the staff was initially going to charge me 20 extra euros to check in 15 minutes early. When I declined they conveniently said that the manager will let us check in a little early.

The reason for our overall rating is due to size of rooms and beds. The hotel staff were wonderful and very helpful, specially Julien, Jean Alain, and Leonel. The location is very centralized and walkable with many restaurants nearby.

It was a sketchy start because room was not ready for about an hour- front desk was helpful but neglected to tell us when the room was ready. Location was good. Breakfast looked good but we did not partake. Helpful getting a cab and storing our luggage.

Good location close to a couple great restaurants. A/c works well. Staff tries but doesn’t always get job done. Water in shower wouldn’t drain and told them about it and was not fixed. Was not able to take a shower after touring and before checking out the next day. Also had the shower door come off and on me when showering. Wasn’t hurt but not what is expected from a “4 star” property.
