The Mount Vernon Grand Hotel
The hotel was beautiful and staff was very accommodating but there was an issue with the heating and cooling and the rooms were 77+ degrees, so hot! The breakfast wasn’t very good, not many options and no breakfast meat other than spicy chorizo mix.

Room had dog food on the floor from previous tenants. The metal thing under the bed is uncalled for . The floor from pool all the way to the 2nd floor was soaking wet from people coming out of the pool. No wet floor signs .

Old motel but very clean and kept up. Easy parking great Mexican restaurant next door. Staff were super friendly and helpful. Shower pressure was best I’ve had at a motel. For the price it was a bargain. Definitely would stay again.

Our first room had a strange odor and the bed sheet had a boot-tread stain on it. We requested and were given a new room, which was cleaner and didn’t smell. The heater/AC is inches from the bed and is loud.
