Very nice hotel in convenient location for the harbour centre, its restaurants, shops and bars.

We stayed as a family for 6 nights. The staff were all really wonderful, the room and common areas were nice and clean and the location of the hotel is ideal for easy access to the waterfront, the museum and downtown. The breakfast was good and had a little something for everyone. I would recommend this hotel and would stay here again.

Nice hotel quiet location, nice bathroom and beds. If you are travelling out of Victoria on a ferry, should allow you to keep overnight parking while you are away, if you booked a stay there. Didn’t like the toilet paper in bathroom. Prefer a roll not pieces

Very nice staff offered an upgrade when they realise how difficult it was for us to be on time since all ferries were full. I really enjoyed the place
