The staff is extremely friendly and they are slowly fixing up the property. The campground, pool, bbq area and laundromat facility is all nice and new. The rooms are dated and showing their age but Im sure theyll get to fixing them up soon too

What an amazing motel in beautiful sicamous!!! It’s family/ dog friendly or if you’re needing a spot for the night along your travels. The heated pool was a hit for the whole family, young and old!!! There is laundry facilities, as well as bbqs that are very well maintained!! The room was very clean and was very spacious. You will meet the owner along the way, himself and his staff are welcoming and there for any of your needs or questions. Will definitely be heading back next year!!!!!

It was basic. The kitchenette was a nice option, but half the stove top didn’t work & the supplied fry pan/utensils were on their last legs. Surprising lack of outlets meant setting coffeemaker up in the bathroom. Squeaky beds, thin bedding, struggling a/c, some expired creamers left in fridge, no amenities beyond hand soap and very light curtains for rooms facing east/west. Don’t expect to sleep in during summertime visit. Spilled some water on kitchen floor and wiping it with kitchen towel, it came up dark grey. 😐. 2nd morning, they started renos a few doors down before 8am, including sawing tiles. Not the calmest start to a vacation morning. Staff were quick to shut it down until after 10am, which my teen was grateful for. All in all, just a very average motel overcharging for tourist season.

The staff were incredibly lovely at this motel and the rooms were clean but I was very disappointed with our room. I got a pet friendly room and they are not at all as advertised. The photos and description show a renovated two bedroom room with kitchenette and ample extra space. The room we recieved was 2 bedrooms, however it was incredibly small and not renovated. There is a small walkway to each room with a fridge being in one fridge and a microwave in the other. I was honestly shocked at the size of the room.

Fine for one night

The separate bedroom was a plus. The beds were meh. The place could use a deep clean. No air movement except for the window air conditioner in the bedroom so it was stuffy and muggy. The outdoor pool was good. The room could use more wall hooks or furniture/shelves so you can put things. The microwave and fridge were fine.

After a long drive from Alberta, through the mountains, The Paradise was just what we needed! A warm welcome, a refreshing swim, a comfortable, air conditioned room to sleep in. We used the available barbecues to make a quick supper. It is an older building but well kept and clean. They are constantly improving the site, and the owners and staff are very friendly and accommodating!

Paradise well named

First, the location was great. It was very convenient. The owner Rick and his brother Mohan were extremely helpful and really went out of their way to make us have a nice stay the room had basically a full kitchen nice size refrigerator and two bedrooms as traveling with the buddies so that made it really nice. Also nice laundry facility and pool at the property. Everything was quite excellent.

Potential but need updates to match the price

The kids loved the pool as for the rooms they could use some love for the price of them. They were clean just need some paint and bathrooms are really tiny. Nice to have a seperate bedroom. But the ac in the room was in the seperate room which means you need to keep the door open so the people in the main room didnt burn up. Which really goes against the idea of having the seperate room. One of the plugins in the bedroom looked like it almost started on fire as it was black. Again for the price updates should be done. The tub was new and clean so that was nice. The owner was seemed friendly.

It’s a bit dated, but the space is big with multiple rooms and basically a full kitchen. Wish we were staying longer. The kids loved the pool!

We have stayed here before and it is still pretty good. Pool was clean and warm. I understand that a lot sports teams stay at this motel and that would explain the 3 queens sized beds in a 1 bedroom suite but we did book a 2 bedroom. We stayed for only one night so we made do .

I was disappointed with our one night stay here. The room pictures did not match the room we were given. The room was not renovated and had a strong curry smell. The smell was in the sheets and pillows as well, which was uncomfortable for me as someone I am very sensitive to smell. The tile flooring was dirty in places and the beds were super uncomfortable. The staff we interacted with were very nice and friendly and the pool looks great. We only stayed one night so didn’t get to use any of the amenities. Maybe the renovated rooms are nicer. Not happy that I paid almost $300 for this property.
