Staff was awful but amenities were okay.
The amenities were good. Free breakfast was good. Hotel is located in a mall which was odd but okay. The hotel is a little out dated. The staff was awful. The lady that checked us in was super nice but another staff was extremely rude, in front of other customers, stating she got a noise complaint on our room and we werent even in there. I feel she should have been more professional. We will not be returning customers.

We were in town for a wedding at The Buckeye Barn. Very convenient and short drive. Staff was friendly at check in and check out. Train is loud but they're was only 1 the night we were there.

The entire hotel was outdated. The pictures didn’t appear that way on the booking site. The room was missing the full length mirror which you can tell has been removed. Which was odd. The ice bin and coffee maker was set up in the restroom, not sanitary. Any comfort inn, or hotel I’ve been too I’ve never seen it setup that way. Even the room setup. This hotel needs to be updated.
