The stay was ok for what we paid. The pool was not warm, and our AC only half worked. We figured out that we had to unplug it and re-plug it in to get it working. They did offer to move our room but we were leaving the next day. The breakfast was the same both days and ok but very basic.

unacceptable and uninhabitable conditions! The lack of running water alone made the room uninhabitable and constitutes a serious breach of basic hospitality standards. The staff, while polite, were unable to provide any meaningful updates or solutions.
